Enlarged storm champ is a PvE tanking god, he just doesn't pump out major damage yet unless he has fortitude. TBH, Empire is one of the easiest and hardest cabals to raid depending on how bad the Mobs go off. I mean storm champ gets a kote and drops is done for 8 hours, Healing cursed, he's done for 7 hours, at 35, means he's effectivly done.

none of 100 things that could go wrong go wrong and he breazes through the council. I can tell you for sure, its not the same for any other champ I've played. Resist Phys, and enlarge help a metric crapton.

I will say, most of my paladins start raiding Empire around 38-40 solo with no opposition.
