The Altar of the Blood Tribunal 
  The stairway ends at the peak of the Spire, perhaps thirty feet below the
huge stained glass window at the top.  The sunlight filtering through the
glass bathes the room in a rainbow of multi-colored light, giving it a very
serene appearance.  Against the flat northern wall stands the Altar of the
Blood Tribunal, reflecting the light back at you.  On the wall to either
side of the altar are elaborate carvings in the stone, lined with silver
and gold.  Ornate archways lie to the east and west, leading into small
alcoves in the corners of the Spire, while the twisting stairway leads
downward, toward the base of the Spire.

The Tribunal Spire 
  This triangular-shaped room is open in the middle.  From above shines 
sunlight through the massive stained glass ceiling at the peak of the Spire,
while below looks down to the base.  A plain square railing lines the walkway
around the center, preventing anyone from falling.  Everything else is the
same plain gray stone as the rest of the Spire.  Two ornate archways lead
into the other two corners, each one engraved at the top, while a spiraling
stairway in the third corner leads up and down.
