go take the fetish and I'll defend at the giant. For a thousand reasons this is
both the smart thing, the village thing, and the strategic thing. I cannot lag
Marsuve. Water shield so no cranial. No bash. No trip (I've fought him before,
he's always flying. He's a serious vet. So, no lag. If I am winning he'll just
recall.  Unless we are at the village.  Which also hinders fleeing because of
the outer giant. In every way, it's better to fight there.  As I say to Ravln,
it's also how the gods have instructed, all the writings in the war room, etc.
say to choose your terrain, not theirs.  Also, he can totally prepare the Tree
with traps, which he can't do at the giant.  Also, I can't see him, so I can
NEVER get the first strike. He chooses both the place AND time of fighting. And
of course I'd be fighting an inner as well as an invoker 7 levels above me. As
best I can in mino-speak I make these points, and not only does he not get it, he
starts lying about what I did say, he accuses of being scared, which obviously
was false, and in short just decided to be a total prick. I think it was worse
because total idiot that he is, he died raiding unnopposed.  What hero leader
warrior commander of battle dies taking an item when nobody opposes you??? He was
totally embarassed and tried to make it my fault. There was no rush, he didn't
have to get so hurt that he couldn't survive. Pathetic, and I suspect made him so
