  A slowly moving river passes beneath a stout, wooden bridge here.  The waters 
are dark and murky, filled with sediment gathered from the travels of Voralia's
Tears through the rich hills and valleys of Eastern Thera.  Small waves lap
lazily against the stone bridge supports that line the riverbanks to the north
