After assassin looted you and rager was killing him, I got him to follow me and I ran him away from duergar since his hiding skills seemed to suck. While he was decking himself out in your loot rager sent him a tell asking for the amulet of the viper and something else. Assassin said he'd give it to rager and asked if I'd take it over, I said sure. So I went back with the 2 items or so and that must be where you saw me with your gear. But either way what I looted was the sword and dagger, what was your hometown? Maybe you just got back and saw me with what I was giving rager from assassin.
