But to me, if you are a leader, it isn't really fair for your views to spoil the mudding experience of many others. If an evil trib leader, say, decided to induct no good aligneds, I'd consider that a bad thing. Finding a reason to induct goodies, to me, would not be powergaming.

Powergaming to me is more about creating a specialised build and then massacring newbs with it.
