You didn't have to talk to anyone, you could have done it yourself any time. Worse, you kept saying you shouldn't be leader and held yourself to the same standard, and that anyone else you would have uninducted immediately. Except yourself, it turns out. By not immediately uninducting yourself you were a hypocrite of the first order.

The lesson you should have learned was either not to uninduct others who make that mistake, and change yourself that way, or, that you learned to be a big hypocrite.

I agree with this. Of course no one 'wants' to lose a leadership spot, but Niheriva wasn't dodging uninduction. Just roleplaying well. nt
