Tank a mob, or another player, and fight the dagger-wielding opponent with spec moves or ripostes/concealed strikes of your own. I realize in this log you didn't have concealed fire off on your ass repeatedly, but believe me, it could have been a lot worse. Also, swiftstrike is negated by this tactic.

Still, it will be a tough fight no matter what against an elf dagger spec WITH heartseekers. You need to prep up, or just get lucky.

I'd say if you aren't doing significantly well during the first three rounds of the fight, bail. You can take a sudden, and immense, amount of damage from a dagger spec that can take you by surprise.

Also, ditch the damned shield. Get a good offhand weapon that will supply some +HIT and +DAM. You need those pluses to hit the bastard and make it count.

Just drawing on my own experiences, and not tooting any horns: Look up dagger spec logs of Iramath to see tactics from that kind of warrior's perspective. For a few fights where it is successfully defeated, look up Drezen logs where Juliane was the opponent.
