That's some burly defense against a (probably) quickened+accelerated transmuter.

So the idea maybe is the mental jolt lowers the int so neuros land better? Never played around with mental jolt too much.

Though yeah, it's easy as a transmuter to try and get too cute with your spells.. I found it most effective against a single foe just to neuro (until froze);disrupt musc;neuro;disrupt bone; neuro;disrupt organ. Rinse repeat.
