He didn't really have to be. And I know he lost a good bit of eq a couple times... but he did not lose fights very often.

I know the few times I was party to him dying, nobody really took/sacced much of his, because he was almost *always* a top-notch sportsman about giving people their stuff back. Personally, if I'd been half-looted/sacced whenever he helped kill me, my char, one of his main enemies, would have lasted half as long, due to frustration.
