This kind of brings up a point I was wondering about as far as tribunals and what people can do to try to trap them into law breaking.
Sure, an invoker has to choose to use the area spells....but for something like a conjurer, if someone walks up to a tribby conjurer with servitors in a town, a Challegha for example, attacks the demon, and then flees and walks back in, the demon tracks them and attacks. The conjurer never raised a hand...hell, he could have been even been stone cold link dead, the aggressor took the action, and the servitor reacted. Who gets in trouble....both the conjurer and the attacker? Only the attacker? Only the conjurer?
I have hear a lot about people attacking the servitors in the spire to get them to AOE in town and hurt innocents or track into town and attack someone not fllagged, but I wasn't sure if they could do the same thing standing in town and jsut attacking on a whim.
