Forms that can run usually can't lag, you won't going to catch anyone except utter newbies, especially when people can recall away when it becomes dangerous.
Ragers have to walk out, yes, but you have to make them run first, and I honestly can't imagine myself running from a fox or anything like that, while a prep'd walrus can kick my ass to the point where I need to retreat.
