If you post a log that shows something happening to you that is almost categorically condemned (e.g. betrayal by a groupmate, gear sacrificing) then it would probably be considered assassination even without commentary, since the log itself provides enough information to cause most readers to view the character negatively.

I can not think of anyone who has had anything positive to say about Kostyan. He exists solely to rack up pkills. Sorta of reminds me of a hero range Crewso, but when the tops pkillers were post on the officals. I'm not sure if had ever tried to RP with him or even talk to him IC. It just doesn't work. Perhaps its his limited vocabulary or simply a shitty character that was eventually rewarded for his longevity due to the promotion mechanics of the Empire. I highly doubt that put into another cabal IE outlander/scion/fort that he would ever be named as a leader with such lackluster rp.
