Rangers are useless enough in civilised areas

And it is more then enough that 'woodsie' things are working with much worse success rates outside of the wilds.

There are wasps in Medieval cities. And insects. And snakes. And all the other stuff. Just not so many of them as in the nearby woods, to say.

Rangers are hardly overpowered, you know :)
