Isn't the stoneform amulet unique? So only one person can have it. It's shatterable. Yes, it's OP on the invoker, without a doubt, but I don't see how it is a bug. It's stoneform damage reduction + stoneskin. Just pretend stoneform damage reduction is called stonebark instead of stoneskin.
