At hero if you don't use preps and have bad saves they can kill you with 2-3 wraths, considering that many skills in the Orc repertoire have 3 round fail lag it makes them dangerous.
Stone skin plus protection can make it 4-6 wraths. Divine saves can double it. It takes about 8-12 rounds to kill a paladin with sanc/protect so it was a fight you generally needed blood or meat shield to win. Now that wrath is 2 round lag it should be firmly in the orcs court as long as they come prepped.
Transcend is still a risk because 3 rounds of it will nuke you and an elf with luck and eagle staff can be rough if you don't get behind the slave.
Shield Paladins were pretty easy if they don't have shield of light, grapple helps but if you prepped you could still get enough out of bash against all but the best. I fought voralia a lot and even as a level 35 Orc vs a 51 paladin I held my own, it took a hell of a lot of progging gear to make that fight even and really the gloves that would randomly cast grease was the key piece in that matchup.
