Couldn't really do it re: Maran weapons, because of the fact they crumble so quickly + My forge timers were usually already at 97 hrs or whatever because I forged a lowbie pledges weapon.

Basically, it lessens the chance for you to get full lag from a skill that lags. IE If trip lags you 1.9 usually, Harmonious makes it 1.7.
