Just because people don't say things OOC like "afk for a piss" anymore doesn't mean people don't break char these days. I feel these days getting someone to RP a little is like pulling teeth and NOBODY wants to because they're too busy trying to calculate what skills they need mastered at what level and they don't have time for your bullshit chit-chat. When I get killed I sometimes try to RP a little with people. Sometimes they will, because to them landing a PK they just won the game against you and are glad to gloat about it. Unfortunately most of the time I hear boring "I won because I'm better than you weakling" bullshit. Gee wiz, never heard that one before.
