Seems to not have any active or even semi active IMM's at least from what I've noticed. It also has only a goodie leader and not a neutral or evil to actually give you a chance at joining. Possibly could have prayed about it and seen in you could have gotten an immortal to possibly step in with that but at the moment Outlander seems like a very dead and frustrating venture due to the shit numbers.
