Round 6:
Muter comes in, and casts a disrupt for 150 HP
Gets 1 attack for 50 HP
You get 2 attacks for 60 HP
End of round 6:
Muter is at 430 HP
You are at 150 HP
Still frozen, you die in the next two rounds to a combo of disrupt and neuro.
Alternatively you get the first dispel in and remove 15% of the muters DR and hes at 350 HP at the end of the fight, and you are still dead, or too hurt to continue the fight and have to GTFO.
Builds that have more passive Melee might be better off, but Paladins(Non-Monk) are at a significant disadvantage to a neuro spamming muter. Same goes for an invoker, anything that requires commands to get input to win a fight are going to either run or die in the mid ranks to a preped muter.
