I get it. I do, but it's not my experience on the Neuro Spam not lagging, unless I'm fighting more than the muter at the same time. I can remember one fight that I got out of Neuro Spam with more than 50% hp as Sankra, And certainly not enough to run him around hoping to run him out of mana, and/or moves. Again, first real shaman, I know I didn't do things right. But that matchup is, in my opinion, 70/30 in his favor unless I can land -Str ahead of the fight, At that point, hes just GTFO. At those levels, even -25SVP only gave me the chance to get away not really a chance to win. I was there. You may not get perma lagged then, but you sure as hell are going to be at a command deficit to the muter for the entire fight, so you better hope every sup lands. Which it never did in my experience.
