I’ve had two, and I like hyena. It speaks to just how strong the utility focus is that you can still make it work. But, other things are still much better.

Cheetah, Orangutan, and Howler all have better melee. Not to mention cranial lag on the latters and pounce on the former.

Wildcat and Hyena have the exact same melee, but hyenas bite hits harder. Ummm I think I’d much rather hide and camo across all of Thera all long with swipe.

And Hyena beats out Cavefisher/Spider/Cobra/Fox. Would you rather have it’s marginally better melee over what these forms do? I would for Cavefisher and Spider. Cobra and Fox? Depends on my form.
