In fact, I think someone DID bitch on Officials (I think it was Pro) about getting 1 exp for an Immteraction - saying it is a slap in the face, akin to tossing two pennies at a panhandler.

I just don't think starting a policy of handing out exp (even minimal amounts) for every Immteraction is the way to go. What I think would be ideal is if people treated interesting Immteractions as their own reward and weren't insecure/paranoid/whatever about how well they performed. I take a look at your characters, and at least with all the ones I know of, they have each received acknowledgement and rewards. Enough that had I been playing them, I wouldn't be concerned about not getting 1-10 exp for all my Immteractions - I'd know that the character was respected and be happy that the character was rewarded (because I am always surprised when my characters get rewards).

So, in conclusion, I think exp padding for every Immteraction is a slippery and unnecessary slope. If you really want to institute that kind of constant affirmation then I'd prefer encouraging Imms to write up a PBF comment after all lengthy Immteractions (although PBF comments tend to leave people bitching as well).
