The dex changes need some toning down.
What specifically? Evade? I've played a character with evade and the evasive edge recently, and I haven't found it to be all that impressive. Maybe it would be with 25 dex? But I can't imagine the difference between "25" and "almost 25" is all that huge.

The edge system is flawed and is beginning to replace skills.
This could be certain edges that need to be toned down. Of the edges I've had, only a few really drastically changed the character's strength. I'd say Inquisitor is one of those, for evil shamans, only because it makes them so much more viable against other evils. There are probably also some for other classes. But to say the whole edge system is broken...I'm not sure I'd go that far.

There is a lot less of the roll and run which was CF, without any appreciable increase in the rp on the ground.
You don't feel like the edge system has upped the RP at all? Hmm. Maybe. But if you look at the guys w/ tons of edges, they're usually pretty well role-played. It can't all come from role additions.

Elves are the new terror. I counted 9 dagger specs in the 13 warriors I interacted with on a regular basis.
Dagger has been popular lately, yeah. Is it really a problem that "elves are the new terror"? I mean, before, it was "giants are the big terror" or "duergar axe specs are the big terror". Somebody has to be "it". To me, the only things that would make an elf warrior "really scary" are entwine and/or STSF. Entwine, for its part, isn't drastically more "scary" on a skillfully played elf warrior than it would be on a skillfully played non-elf warrior. STSF...well, yeah, that's scary. Ask Igbah.

I do not see any change in the deathliness of mages who have acess to abs (which any veteran has) by the downgrading of the timer and healing ability.
Changing the healing ability was a pretty big change. Maybe not for an individual PK, but for something like raiding or killing beefy mobs, it is. Prior to this, you'd have a/b/s/shielded invokers with gear that healed them 100hp per round. You weren't going to kill that guy. Or, if not gear, they'd just brandish a staff a couple times.

Haste is all prevalent.
As someone who's playing a character who could greatly benefit from haste, let me say, "I wish". I've had haste for like...one or two fights, out of all the fights I've had. And that was when I got it from a transmuter. All the haste preps I used to know are either gone or constantly maxed out. Woe is me.

These players laughed and got themselves strange bracers.
There's only one pair of those. So, only one *player* laughed and got himself strange bracers.

There is an appreciable reduction in in-game assholery.
I think I can agree with this. My current character doesn't die all that often, but I've literally *never* been full looted. The worst I've ever suffered was to lose 3-4 nice pieces. That said, I haven't died in areas highly trafficked by lower-level characters. I'm sure there are *plenty* of people who would have "get all corpse" if they'd been given the opportunity.

I quit for 2-3 years and I think this is the end of my second 3 year run. I am going away for the near future (unless one of you talks me into that next "cool" role.
Maybe this is selfish of me, but let me be the first to encourage you not to leave. If you're worried about time, and are fine with never getting a leadership position, I think it's entirely possible to play CF in a "limited" capacity time-wise. Even in a cabal. If you think that could provide some enjoyment, by all means stick around.
