He got his 2nd DUI in 6 months and was looking at 6months in jail (it was a felony this time). He didn't have a job and things were looking grim. He got a job and started going to AA classes and the judge/DA lowered it and it became 3 months of house of arrest. Before he got a job though, the DA wasn't budging from 6 months of jail. Do you have a job? If not get one..:P
