Sometimes they'll even hose your shit and you'll have to do some resetting. That said you should be able to drag it into the right spot. Since that's so obvious, I'll assume you tried it and it didn't work, which leads me back to my original point. I often had to close the window and create a new one that I put into a spot, and still they fucked up eventually and had to be closed.
