Just create a file with all of your system commands in it, like:

#config log plain
#split
#session cf 208.117.43.240 4449
#log append $logfile$logdate.txt
#alias {tar} {#var target %1};
#alias {mm} {murder $target};
#highlight {You sense the wicked presence of %1} {magenta};
Then when you launch tintin++ from the command line, just use tt++ <filename>.
