Use Ctrl+Shift+Enter
You will open ZMUD text editor.
Enter role there.. If you hit ESC key it will not clear. It will stay. You can save, cut, paste and so. It is good tool for roles and desc.
You can save roles and descs in files to continue them later and so.

Then select few lines of text (not all! It can disconnect you) and press CTRL-T. Editor will pass them to MUD.

If role, note or desc short (less then 5-7 lines) strike CTRL Enter. Editor will pass all text to ZMUD.

You can edit your desc there while resting before EXP runs etc. You can write in editor
ki slug
c flare
c cyclon

And then do CTRL-Shift-Enter CTRL Enter :)
