For example,

I want to create a list of sound files into a folder called CFS

Then while ingame or what have you, be able to put in a command line with a quote of text like (appears to be blinded!) so I could use sound files instead of just echoes to what's going on in fights and stuff like that.

I don't know how complicated this can get, and my understandings on this stuff are as basic to copy/pasting my target system, hand writing alias and triggers, and #highlight for segregating people of interest or races, etc.
