I am trying all sorts of things but no results.

1) I hit the Trigger button on the top middle of the screen
2) I hit "new"
3) The window appears on the Script Text tab
4) I type in the string #TRIGGER... as you suggested on #1
5) I've tried both leaving the pattern window filled and empty at the top

Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
