Highly advice getting some education, like (as you mentioned) doctor or maybe some engineering degree (Automation/Robotics maybe, always regrettet i did not go that route. Robotics seem to be "the shit" currently. Drones, hazard repair, factories etc.). 30 may seem far off right now, but trust me that in the big picture its just around the corner. If you finish your education at 30, you still have 40 years of work-life ahead of you, then if your lucky another 20 as a pensjonist. The bigger picture is that you have barely startet your life, and the vast majority is still ahead of you. Trust me on this: Getting a well payed education will greatly improve your quality of life for the next 60-70 years. It will give you economic freedom to persue dreams, travel and to live a comfortable life with an interesting meaningfull job.
