For the record I don't trust multi-national corporations with crescent wrenches either. (n/t)

So how's the rent where you live?

Frosty February 13, 2014 09:44PM

But, but... but!

Mallodor February 20, 2014 07:08AM

I'm the second one on that list

Lokain February 14, 2014 11:26AM

Williston is in the middle of an oil boom. People flipping burgers are making 20 dollars an hour.

Rhyaldrin February 14, 2014 03:54AM

I am WELL aware. Williston is my hometown. Fraking isn't the problem, it never was. NOT following rules, regulations, and guidelines are what's fucking everything up.

Frosty February 14, 2014 05:30AM

So basically you are saying fraking is bad. (n/t)

Matrik February 14, 2014 06:15AM

Fraking is an effective tool. Saying fraking is bad is like saying crescent wrenches are all bad because if an idiot uses one there is the potential of them rounding the nut. (n/t)

Frosty February 14, 2014 06:31AM

For the record I don't trust multi-national corporations with crescent wrenches either. (n/t)

Rhyaldrin February 14, 2014 06:42AM

I don't either, I don't think anyone should trust them. (n/t)

Frosty February 14, 2014 06:54AM

Multi-National corporations are an effective tool. Saying multi-national corporations is bad is like saying fraking is bad because if an idiot uses it there is the potential for you to have flammable water. (n/t)

Matrik February 14, 2014 07:13AM

Water isn't flammable. (n/t)

qurdind February 15, 2014 01:57PM

Wrong. (n/t)

Matrik February 15, 2014 02:52PM

Um, no. Sorry. Water doesn't burn. Oxygen doesn't burn. Hydrogen, yes. Combined, no. (n/t)

qurdind February 15, 2014 07:00PM

then why did the old man next door nearly kill everyone?

xrajck February 16, 2014 10:00PM

it's an accelerant and is a critical part of the reaction that produces the flame/explosion/whatever.

vortexmagus February 20, 2014 06:18PM

Wrong. (n/t)

Matrik February 15, 2014 08:24PM

Oxygen does burn btw. (n/t)

tesline February 15, 2014 07:48PM

No, it doesn't. (n/t)

qurdind February 15, 2014 07:58PM

Did you fail chemistry? Oxygen is a main component of combustion. You are splitting hairs calling it an accelerate. (n/t)

tesline February 15, 2014 08:31PM

Did you?

Death_Claw February 16, 2014 02:44PM

Chemistry they teach that oxygen is a flammable gas btw.

tesline February 16, 2014 03:21PM

My chemistry teacher in high school was pretty awesome.

Death_Claw February 16, 2014 07:27PM

I think you suffered criminal justice degree burns. (n/t)

Matrik February 16, 2014 04:20PM

I know the tetrahedron well. Oxygen aids in combustion but isn't flammable.

qurdind February 15, 2014 08:42PM

It doesn't aid. It IS the reason we have fire. Oxidizing is the addition to oxygen to an object. Saying it isn't flammable is splitting hairs BECAUSE without it there wouldn't be fire. Will an object catch fire without Oxygen? No but Oxygen won't catch fi (n/t)

tesline February 16, 2014 08:11AM

Oxygen is not flammable. If you don't believe me, go read the warning lable on a big O2 canister. You can read, can't you? (n/t)

Frosty February 16, 2014 09:29AM

Oxygen in and of itself is not flamable. It does help combustion though

Quas February 16, 2014 12:44PM

But tesline says it's flammible AND helps in cumbustion. Wow what a roller coaster! (n/t)

Frosty February 16, 2014 01:09PM

I'm not going to continue. after this last statement.

tesline February 16, 2014 01:24PM

Oxygen isn't flammible. You're dumb. (n/t)

Frosty February 16, 2014 03:28PM

Re: Oxygen isn't flammible. You're dumb.

jalim February 16, 2014 04:00PM

Re: Oxygen isn't flammible. You're dumb.

Frosty February 16, 2014 05:25PM

4:23 specifically. For all of you that passed chemistry class. Since apparently passing makes you ignorant and failing makes you educated. (n/t)

Matrik February 16, 2014 05:28PM

No failing still makes you ignorant. (n/t)

tesline February 16, 2014 06:45PM

Re: I'm not going to continue. after this last statement.

Darbhi February 16, 2014 02:09PM

Flammable means to set something on fire easily.

tesline February 16, 2014 02:15PM

Would something that is hypergolic apply?

Darbhi February 16, 2014 02:27PM

How about this. Create a fire without Oxygen. Have fun. (n/t)

tesline February 16, 2014 10:23AM

Look up Chlorine Trifluoride. (n/t)

Darbhi February 16, 2014 11:20AM

That's actually possible. Oxygen is not the only oxidiser that exists on Earth. (n/t)

Frosty February 16, 2014 10:42AM

Holy shit you are fucking stupid. (n/t)

qurdind February 16, 2014 10:32AM

What does that make you? Brain dead? (n/t)

tesline February 16, 2014 11:02AM

Did you seriously miss the tongue in cheek? (n/t)

Matrik February 15, 2014 08:25PM

I did. :( (n/t)

qurdind February 15, 2014 08:55PM

huehue (n/t)

Matrik February 15, 2014 10:32PM

:) good one

Frosty February 14, 2014 07:21AM

Story of Science. (n/t)

Matrik February 14, 2014 07:58AM

Poor bastard. Hope you guys owned land before they struck black gold. (n/t)

Rhyaldrin February 14, 2014 05:41AM

I also hope your tap water isn't flammable.

Rhyaldrin February 14, 2014 05:42AM

Re: I also hope your tap water isn't flammable.

krath February 16, 2014 12:45PM

If I had a nickle for every time I've repeated what you said here, I'd have a shitload of nickles. (n/t)

Frosty February 16, 2014 01:14PM

LOL! This is a perfect example of the blind leading the blind. That's WELL WATER. Something a LOT of people use and there can be a number of weird stuff in it, including gas.

Frosty February 14, 2014 05:47AM

In dry years (every year) our well water was super sulfurous. Now I want to go back and try that. (n/t)

Matrik February 14, 2014 06:20AM

For apartment of that size? About $1000.
