Anyone have any idea why I can view the forum and wiki on my phone but not desktop? The forum gives me a 404 and the wiki/website a Welcome to nginx on Ubuntu! If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working on Ubuntu. Further configuration is required.

I'm using Windows 10, if that makes any difference.
