A) I'm not the only one who uses my computer (Can you prove it was me?). I've got roommates/friends/roommates' friends using the thing.. Am I responsible for ANYTHING that is on/happens on my computer? Maybe I am, I dunno..

B) More importantly, that stupid windows wireless network manager connects to whatever the fuck it wants to. (And hey... I don't know how to set that thing *innocent whistle* ).

Basically I wouldn't think it is anything that could be prosecuted under normal non-malicious home use. I'm no lawyer though.
