I get that it's a hassle. Though, not being a corporate tax guy I don't really have any experience with how *much* of a hassle it is. I wonder what the compliance costs are relative to the compliance costs of the current U.S. corporate income tax? I know corporations spend a good deal of money on accountants and tax lawyers to guarantee they pay the least possible amount in light of current U.S. tax law (which is pretty byzantine).
