I can't honestly see how Biden would have been any worse. The same battle lines would be drawn, the same expansion and conflict engineered by our boys in black, etc... Sure, ol' Joey would have been able to preserve and perhaps expand on the liberal agenda begun by Clinton and carried forward by Obama. The figurehead is allowed certain liberties, but in terms of material change, eh. Also, meh.
