- Obamacare is fine. He's right that it will implode under the weight of the costs. Either way I see this as a winner for him. If he fails to repeal it due to bipartisan action by the Congress/Senate against him, they end up with egg on their faces, not him. - Tightening immigration restrictions is a good move. Europe should have done this a long time ago. Immigration flows have long been split into skilled and unskilled flows by Economists and a distinction needs to be made between the two. One is a net gain for the country, the other is a net loss.
All in all, considering he's had every media outlet in the Western hemisphere chipping away at him, both Republicans and Democrats fighting tooth and nail trying to stop his policies* and a percentage of the American youth who seem happy to burn down property and tantrum to try and get more for nothing, I'd say he's done alright.
*This is the funniest part, less than 10 years ago, around 2012, the same faces and names were arguing and couldn't agree on anything. Politics was largely partisan. Now that budgets and salaries might be cut they are working together all of a sudden. Makes you think.
