I probably judge it more harshly than I should because my hopes were up since it was the Black Isle crew. DA Origins I think is the last game I played of that type that was worth a damn. Obviously Baldur's Gate was legendary. I still play both BG and Icewind Dale trying to scratch that itch. Glad they did the enhanced editions of those, even if I didn't care for some of the new characters introduced.
