There was a lot of good information in there.

What would you say to a hypothetical situation like this where the company declared bankruptcy, there was a class action, and the period for the class action claim ended but an individual didn't send in their information in time? Would it be worthwhile to send it in anyway, or start a new one, or do something else entirely?
