Yeah what you will probably need is a microphone jack splitter into two RCA female connectors. You can pick this piece up at Radio Shack for (should be) around a couple of bucks.

Make sure you get a *stereo* splitter and not a mono splitter. The stereo splitter will actually separate the left and right channels, while a mono will just send both channels out both connectors. The stereo splitters typically have a red/black RCA connectors, while the monos will have just gray colored RCA connectors.

Something like this is what you're looking for:

Make sure you get one that's long enough for your needs.

Then just connect the 3.5mm headphone jack side to the inputs on your receiver and Bob's your uncle.
