My goal... But not for loosing. I started bulking on 01/02/08. I'm going for about 5-10 lbs of muscle in three months. For those interested, my diet and supplimentation. (note: Starting feb, I will be using a bulking pro-hormone called tren extreme, yes it is a legal suppliment)

I start this everyday @ 9am w/ breakfast and the meals are at 3 hour intervals(9,12,3,6,9,12) till I goto bed, usually 130 am. This adds up to around 3000 calories give or take every day. I'm 71 inches tall and about 190lbs right now. Probably around %20 body fat. We'll see what happens here.
This is combined with strict weight training coupled with a 400 calorie burn every other day. Any who want to see my workouts, let me know.
