Why is it hard? If it's a list of problems and you've tried to address those problems but everytime you do, MORE problems come up. It's not hard to be straight up with a guy and say you need to stem the bleeding before he REALLY fucks up. (And in Bounty Hunter duties, fucking up means someone gets stabbed in the kidney right? Do you want it to be your kidney? If not, fuck him.)

Yes, i've been empowered to fire people before, it only gets easier.
