My cavedweller dragonslayer mapped out the Underdaark and found most of the dragons
Any sword warrior with whip or h2h for utility value. I would pick a defense legacy with whispers
Most rangers are very good explorers and can root out a great deal of explorer areas like whistlewood and organia- they will also spot camoflaged mobs
Bards are epic, they can take a group to hell or stand al
Got me thinking. I always wanted to try enigma but never seen it work. Even Twist used it with his Sword spec Minotaur but I only saw him zap himself with a slow wand. Is it really just worthless for warriors to try?
You deal with stuff that does not exist, but it is good for looking up stuff you see
AS a new player I suggest reading the equipment sold in bramblefield (north of crossroads) a lot of players overlook how useful that stuff is all thru the ranks
Log on a bonus day, coming up monday I think.
Spend time ahead running around and gathering stuff and selling it. Buy the scrolls inside academy and recite them until you master it. I have done it with a felar twice.
Play a human, solid stats and good pk range. No vulnerabilities to trip you up. Go thug/general with shield block. A lot of good combat stuff.
I have played a lot of handicapped builds but I never could go thru with Svirf pole. I really like the weapon too.
On that note, the following week I asked about giant whip specs I see two of them ;)'
PROTECTED civilized/indoor <xxx/xxx xx xxx/xxx(14546)(11 AM)new>
I got my civilized/in out door, I cut it a little by not needing mana max, tnl/time and moon status
I have seen very few builds move like they do in a cave. I was able to solo the nightmare dragon w/o any preps or plague control. Shapeshifters are the only comparison that I have had good of a time with but not all. When I played Utility or Defense with a WATER MAJOR I was able to feel that comfortable. Water has some fun assisting value to tankability
