Couldn't you also say that a player shouldn't play an empowerment, rp-mandatory class if their rp skill aren't up to it? Wouldn't you think that breaking charater like that would make the Imm's more reserved in giving the guy a title?

I agree, but that's why I said in the short term. Also that's why I said that it gives incentive to do so not that it requires a person to play their role out. It is better to stick to your role for the most part in my experience though I am sure there are exceptions.
