You played Gawlar, right? That pkph is insane.
I enjoyed playing Zsztyrr, but having played half-drow before, I thought the PK-range + low hp + vuln were all pretty painful. I did drow for RP reasons...
I looked over the top bard PKers in the graveyard, and here's the list: (aside from Ruhktanshi, because 2500? huh?)
Sayleris: 767
Allysia: 737
Kyaltaru: 590
Yrillbink: 630
Talisin: 660
Kelarin: 602
Rhin: 692
Aereglen: 569
Poerlouge: 670
I'm sure you've played someone on this list, but it didn't look like ANYONE got to 800. And most people weren't even close.
Talisin's pbf shows 660. I did a lot of PK through the ranks, so wasn't max CON (and had to spend trains on CON and not hp), but I'm not sure I gave up 140 hp in the process.
A quick look at the PBFs in the graveyard made 700 seem like a more reasonable max, if everything breaks right for you.
Though I do see your point.
With Zsztyrr, I took Revelations as my second path, so I didn't have to worry about anyone sneaking up on me. This was by design, since I hate assassins.
Do you like, you know, doing stuff in your sessions? If you do, an assassin dedicated to assassinating you can easily ruin it.
If "quaff return" and "sit on an ocean spamming where" are both enough for you to invalidate your experiment, then obviously there are no builds that satisfy your criteria. But then again, your criteria are pretty silly.

Looking for some thoughts on a minotaur (if I ever get a slot) build. Thinking polearm/flail and maybe some combination of trapping/space/landslide. Are there obvious, similar but better choices?
Do flail and polearm synergize well? Does distance work with entwine?
Polearm+trapping seems to scream "scout" as well, but I've never played a scout or berserker. Deathblood + thirs
Vacation killed my desire to play the character, plus a full-loot by roaming Hamsah bounty hunter ended up the final straw. Sorry to Drehir and everyone I let down.
I'll post goodbyes on officials whenever it pops.
Props to the current batch of Tribs. You're all tough, it's good to see that cabal back on its feet.
I often wonder whether it's just Putin to blame, or if the Russian people really are out to bring back Soviet era dominance of their lesser neighbors.
My guess is that the people are just afraid of economic and political uncertainty, and so go along with Putin. But you don't really fit with this theory.
I think the RP can be stale, since it's hard to find too many ways to like balance. However, I think the idea of the cabal for cabal wars is great. Having some people always helping out the underdog is a good thing.
-Rampant vulturing
-Questionable, but not outright wrong, parity behavior
-Apparently started another full loot war with Trib, though I'm just going on what I heard, since I didn't experience this myself.
-Talking trash on qhcf about a MUCH MORE beloved character who just hero IMM'd
What I'm saying is that he pretty clearly WASN'T any paragon of honor. Maybe he didn
But I also thought that sometimes the balance seemed really resistant to change. 6-1 lawful to chaotic (plus a cabal item) seems pretty crazy though. Not to mention that your list is also 4-1 evil-good.
The attacks were near simultaneous. If they actually care (and the commander gave no indication that he ever did) about the spirit of being a villager, then yes, this is pretty sad.
I saw plenty of it across many characters. A good rager or paladin will try to live by the spirit of their code, not just try to skirt the written rules.
