Stories were only whispered about the silent blade of Verathi in rooms with
barred doors and well-lit rooms. They were spread by shaken men that had
heard them second or third-hand themselves. The few details that matched
between each story were startling. It was always a nondescript arial killing
a powerful target in the most improbable of places before escaping unscathed.

I have only ever met Shokai back in the day personally. That said, all of my empowerment attempts have fallen short unless I established an email contact with the imm in question first. I have never stumbled into a imm in their shrine randomly in my 10+ years of playing.
Some other questions to follow up. If you go into a room as a ghost for the first time, I know you don't get the XP then. If you return as a non ghost later, will you still get it, or have you already have a check mark by that room?
Am I remembering correctly that if you take a terrain that adds a damage prog(Bedouin/Mountaineer/Marshdweller) to your ranger staff, it loses its healing prog?
So I have been trying to adapt this Alias for targeting but have been running into a bunch of hurdles. I know that CMud uses @ instead of $ but that is only the beginning of the issues.
I am not a programmer and so this is not necessarily logical to me.
So do most warriors that go Hand to Hand take it first? I am thinking this to help get the painful portion of learning ironhands out of the way while mobs hit far lighter. Also, If one were to go a defensive spec/hand such as sword/pole/staff, does it still make sense to go Hand first?
Can a felar warrior take balance of sisters and be able to use hand to hand (offhand) skills when wielding a two handed weapon i.e. staff/spear/polearm?
Did I miss something? Did the individual Imm Forums on the Official site disappear or get consolidated somewhere else? I could swear I was just perusing one this week...
What is the lag on your opponent, what is the lag on you?
How reliably does your drive lag?
Do the usual anti-bash things work against it? (Control Translucence, Invoker Shield, Protective Shield.)
Thanks.
But there used to be no mend wounds.
Rather it was a series of cures. Cure Light, Serious, Critical, and Heal like you can still do at healers.
These were replaced by mend wounds that now does all of them depending on your level. You used to get cure light at lvl 1, and Serious at like 9. So now if I am not mistaken at lvl9 the healing of mend wounds gets bumped up to the level of the
1.
I agree with town healers not aiding criminals.
Guild guards I am not so sure of. I would imagine the actual guild guard is not a public servant, rather an employee of the guild itself. I almost imagine the Guild having to own/rent/lease the town land to have their hall in a town. That said, guilds that are more bent to being orderly I agree keeping criminals out i.e. Paladins.
