High wimpy is annoying as hell for transmuters. Neurological disruption is a big lag spell without dealing much damage. If you keep fleeing at 50% hp, they're using a lot of time and mana if they keep trying to hit you with neuro. Still, if you are low int/dex and lower level than them, you're generally going to struggle because it's just a bad matchup.

Is this info that can be shared or is it more like quest-related hush hush?
If it's legit, I'd like to hear what's known of the various active tattoos. What do they do?
Specifically the greater shields-- what do they each do for you (ie protect against) and what matchups dictate what kinds of shields are best to use?
Also, who can see improved invis and what other uses does it have?
