Paladins
with sanc: 50% damredux vs all.
with sanc+prot: 62.5% damredux vs evil.
AP
with AS: 43.75% damredux vs all. (Comparable to Paladin)
with ABS : 66.25% damredux vs all (Better than Paladin)
with ABS+prot: 74.68% damredux vs good. (Better than Paladin)
AP damredux with minimal effort is comparable to paladin damredux. With a little bit of effort (barrier) APs have BETTER damag
ABS is easy to get and can't be dispelled. Sure you can't have it up 100% of the time, but finishing fights fast because you have raw offense will mean you need damredux less often.
If the design flaw for Paladins is that they have crappy offense, then APs should have lackluster defense to compensate for their ability to counter almost every class in the game.
Shadow sect powers are way more finesse based/situational.
Scarab has powers which are more broadly useful.
They're both pretty decent, but I feel Scarab's powers are better than Shadow Sect's.
So what you mean is, Outlander characters need to stop wussing out and actually fight people? It isnt a matter of numbers, its a matter of them being too conservative.
Also, that is flow of shadows misdirecting your communes, not STSF.
If you cast damage supps instead of weaken, you probably would've gotten him to flee at the very least.
Its hard to tell, really. I typically found that shield block became fairly inconsequential against anyone with Enhanced Reactions, whereas you'll parry for days with flourintine.
This MAY be a result of some martial-classes-defend-better thing, but who knows really.
Rydell closes his eyes and hums for an instant.
Rydell is swathed in a column of shimmering light as he prays vigorously!
Also, apparently STSF charges still rack up despite not being able to observe your target.
