You don't need to have a stellar role, you just need to be well rp'd and diligent. It might not happen in 20 hrs, but with the edge points for pk by level tier, no one but a shifter should theoretically be powering super fast anyway.

Use chill touch on most people. I only used numbing on clouds/felar/frost. Numbing is also good when walking around if you're desperate for mvs - it doesn't do NEARLY as much mv bump as Vamp does hp bump, but its helpful.
