I just think you should make it a little more "reader friendly". That block of text you wrote just hurt my eyes. I didn't read it all because of that, and I have no idea what you were trying to get across. I'm not trying to slam your rant. Just the way you rant!!! :)by TJHuron - Char Board
I was playing a villager. This was when you could call thirst without fighting first. I knew a group of Nexuns were out exploring or something and decided to wait for them thirsting at the pit. They all popped back one by one and I whacked them all. Thror gave me huge props for that move and tactics. Cut to several years later, during Thror's away period, I was again playing a Villager anby TJHuron - Log Board
Also, I'd like to point out that people often think that if you aren't smacking every mage in every situation that you're playing a bad villager. So not true. I always think its kind of ridiculous when people tell you how to play/roleplay your character. As Quas said, there are tons of legit reasons why a villager would go after a warrior instead of a mage. 99% of the time the Villby TJHuron - Main Board

He doesn't claim most of his characters. The ones he did. I'm not sure how to find. There was a battle thief some time ago... That's all I can remember for anything recently.by TJHuron - Main Board
That's why I suck at exploring in the low levels!by TJHuron - Main Board
Maybe talk about what you look for in an area. Are you trying to run your lowbies through areas with aggro mobs? Are you pushing the limits with them, dying sometimes and surviving others? I mean, yeah, I coud probably get a shit load of explore exp taking my level 10 through the underdark to the drow city. But, I will most likely die too, which, I thought negated most of that exploring.by TJHuron - Main Board
I'm not asking for much more than some area suggestions. It just seems to me that I'll run a lowbie through an area with some high level mobs and don't get too much for it. Then, other areas surprise me. I know that the level of threat in an area helps, but, lets face it. Most aggro mobs can pretty quickly kill a pre-lvl 10 character.by TJHuron - Main Board
So, I saw Deavryn make a comment about how he never runs out of mvs because of exploring. This leads me to believe he explores quite a bit pre rank 15. Does anyone want to offer some advice on this? What do you consider the best areas to explore at an early rank to maximize obs and exp xp?by TJHuron - Main Board
Leader weapons should kick ass. It is nice they have a high ave and are no drop, but, I think they could be much better.by TJHuron - Main Board
Is the Diku-Wiki correct that you need to practice thrust, pierce and slice to learn this edge? Is it like brawling where they need to be 86%?by TJHuron - Main Board
#2 is maybe the only thing that will save your ass. Otherwise I say: Don't die on Eastern Road Don't loot your enemies Don't die in a raid when some little vulture is there Feel free to add your ownby TJHuron - Main Board
I have to agree. I don't have a problem with rank sitting. At lease with rank sitters, if you want to avoid them or your characters doesn't match up well yet, you can always rank past them. Some characters are going to be badass in the mid ranks and some are going to be badass at hero. There are much worse behaviors in CF than rank sitting. I have never been much of a rank sitter. I found out about Skill Learn at about the 37th rank with my elf Cyvus and set it to Evade. I hit it three times from there on out.by TJHuron - Main Board

During this down time I came up with a pretty kick ass idea for a character. The only problem was I really liked my current character and didn't want to stop playing him. The decision was tough! Now I guess it isn't so hard.by TJHuron - Main Board

Heavy axes were fairly easy to find. I did notice a difference from axes that were 35lbs to ones that were 45 to 50lbs in the amount of damage. As far as swords go, the only heavy sword I can think of off the top of my head is Armaggedon. This sword is pretty easy to get and it is often available.
